About Skill Index

Agent skills are spread across hundreds of GitHub repositories. Skill Index collects the good ones in one place so you can search them, read the full instructions before you install, and copy a one-line install command.

How the index works

• Real sources only. Every skill is pulled straight from a public GitHub repo and links back to its author.
• Licenses respected. We republish the full SKILL.md only when its license allows it. Otherwise we show the summary and link to GitHub.
• Honest ranking. Skills are ordered by their repository's GitHub stars. We don't track installs, so we don't make up install numbers.
• Free. No account, no paywall.

Independence

Skill Indexis an independent project. It isn't affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, or any author whose skills are listed. "Official" means a skill is published by the company behind the tool it covers, not that the company endorses this site.

Advertising

The site is supported by display ads. Ads don't affect which skills are listed or how they're ranked. See the Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.
